NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL TOWN (PARISH) MEETING
To be held on Thursday 30th April 2026 at 7pm at St Margaret’s Parish Centre, Church Lane, Horsforth
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Town Meeting of Horsforth will take place on Thursday 30th April 2026 at 7.00pm at St Margaret’s Parish Centre, Church Lane, Horsforth for the purpose of transacting the business set out in the agenda.

The Annual Town Meeting is not a meeting of the Town Council, but a meeting for the electors of the town. The Town Council facilitates the meeting and reports on the Town Council’s activities. Any other relevant matters can be raised at the meeting by elector’s in attendance.
It would be helpful to have written notice of any matters to be raised but it is not essential. Matters can be raised at the meeting without prior notice.

5. To invite the public to raise any matters of interest or concern
