Christmas bin collections

Please note the changes to bin collections between Sunday, 24 December 2023 and Sunday, 7 January 2024.

No change to collection days from Monday, 8 January onwards. Please put your bin out by 6:30am on your collection day and bring it in again as soon as possible after emptying.

Household waste and recycling centres are only closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. For more information, please visit the Leeds Recycling website. 

Please also note, we need to update our bin routes across the city so your bin collection days may be changing in 2024. Look out for more information in the new year.
