Good Citizen and Young Achiever Awards 2023

We at the Horsforth Town Council want to know about anyone or any group who stands out and has made a difference within their community. They could be an amazing athlete, creative artist or excellent student.

Whatever their story, Horsforth Town Council would like to hear from you. We have categories for individual adults or young people and for community groups.

This is a great opportunity and highlight the achievements of Horsforth residents.  

How to enter 

You can nominate someone by completing this application form. You can also pick one up from our office: Horsforth Town Council, The Stables, 2 Church Road, Horsforth, Leeds LS18 5LG. 

The deadline for nominations is Friday, 13th October 2023. We look forward to receiving your applications!
