All Horsforth Town Council business is conducted openly and transparently with all our policies and procedures, terms of reference and Council standing orders available to view.
The Council also produces an Annual Town Report, outlining Council activities and achievements for the year.
We publish all Council related documentation for the previous Council year on our website. Documentation for earlier years is permanently stored in paper form in the Town Council Offices . These documents are available for viewing whenever the Town Council office is open, Tuesday – Thursday 10.30am – 3.30pm.
