Highways Public Drop In Session
Leeds City Council Highways officers want you be aware of some proposals they would like to implement in order to reduce some of Horsforth’s parking and speeding issues. Some of the proposed changes are small and just involve a few metres of double yellow lines. Others, however, are quite extensive and include new 20mph zones.
The most significant proposed changes are on Lee Lane West and the adjacent roads, the Brownberries, the St. Margaret’s, Bachelor Lane, West End Lane, West End Rise and Hall Lane.
I have arranged for there to be a public drop in session of the proposals on; Tuesday 26th July, 5.30pm to 7.30pm at St Margaret’s Parish Centre (next to the church)
A Leeds City Council Highways officer will attend to answer any questions or concerns you would like to raise. Leeds City Council would also appreciate your written comments on the plans, even if you can’t attend.
I do hope you will be able to pop in. Everyone in Horsforth is welcome, even if your roads are unlikely to be affected.
